Nearing the end- Couple of questions

Hello all! First time poster.

I am ADAF at Ellsworth and I am scheduled to complete my last two C&P exams through IDES on July 10 and 18th.
I have about 44 days of leave I am trying to chip away at before the end, but honestly I don't have any idea how fast this will go after this last appointment.
Can someone give me any insight on what to expect timeline wise?

I am projecting leave 18 September through 2 October and I'm freaking out that I will be out of town when I am supposed to be outprocessing. What's the likelihood of me actually being out-out before then?

*Sidenote- I am also wondering if all documents need to be uploaded into tricare online after C&P exams are complete, because I only have documents for one in there. All others are showing as complete on MyOptumServe, but no documents are in the portal.

So first, whenever you finish your appointments, definitely contact myoptumserve and ask for a status on your dbq's, it helped me alot.
Second, in all honesty, I believe you have a fair chance, as long as the va doesn't sneak you with anymore exams after that. I hope everything works out perfect for you though!

Oh yeah lastly im at ellsworth too lol

Well hello Neighbor!
Would I just be asking if they are completed or would they have different information?
I actually did contact them when I noticed that my third exam was uploaded to tricare, and my first and second exam were not. They told me that the exams were marked as complete so I was just assuming that maybe the examiner just filled out the form and scanned it in, and the other ones just filled it on on optums website? I noticed they were typing a lot on the website so who knows.
And hopefully you are right, I'd love to be fully outprocessed by then. everything I'm reading makes it seem like around that timeframe I will know by % but idk how quick orders come after that- or if i will appeal or not.
So confusing!

Yeah I would just call myoptumserve and ask about the status of your DBQ's being uploaded. They're usually very nice and willing to let you know everything they can see. When you're finished with all of your exams, they then will be sent to the va to start their process.

No not yet. Peblo is waiting for the package to be routed through the medgroup then I’ll go in to sign. All dbqs were uploaded right after my last appt so it’s been a little over a week now. She said it should hopefully be within the next day or two. Didn’t think the waiting would start to bother me but it is lol

i am also here at ellsworth lol. Did you end up getting your ratings?! I got the email on 9/25 and am still in limbo.

This is exactly what he said to me today “Your claim is being processed through the Integrated Disability Evaluation System, or IDIS. We received your claim on May the 6th, 2024. Our records show a proposed rating has not yet been completed. If you have specific questions about your status, your claim may, or your claim, you may contact your military service coordinator. Is there something else that I can assist you with.”
 
I think when I called them said something along the lines of it was in the decision phase, then a few weeks later they said that they see it was sent back to IDES but a proposed rating hasn’t been assigned yet. Then about a week after that I got notified. I got my initial my fss email Aug 2nd and got notified that a decision was made on the 18th or September i believe? Hopefully you are right at the end!
