That’s wild. I’m sorry to having to repeatedly deal with that. I Hope it makes it that much more worth it when you retire.

I called the VA and they said the letter was still being created. My MSC was out of office today so I’ll call him tomorrow. My claim still says open, just waiting on that letter so everything can be finalized.

Update: Full timeline for people going through this process.
Referred: Unsure, but probably in August.
VA claims completed in October.
Package sent November 1.
Unfit Finding Dec 08.
VA rating came back March 15.
New EAS May 20, with terminal and TDY will be out April 16.
Thanks to everyone in this forum, it has been extremely helpful to see other people go through this process with me and I wish you all luck.
 
I called the Va yesterday and they said a letter was being spent but the website says no claims , is this normal also how long until my peblo recievs everything after va is done?

Normally the VA claim will populate as closed, but the va website isnt always accurate. You can have them email it to you if there is a decision letter. It took about a week for the PEB to receive the ratings and send to my PEBLO. The VA letter will have your total percentage, not the breakdown to that percentage, or whether your medically separated/retired.

so i should ask my peblo in about a week if i dont hear anything
