I have been on this site for months now and have throughly enjoyed reading the post here. It has helped me so much through this entire process. If anyone else at Fort Campbell has a timeline like me or close please let me know.

I am in Savannah, GA. mine is somewhat close to yours. My MEB was initiated in April and i am waiting to sign my NARSUM now. Im glad that you didnt get stuck for a long time like a lot of other people. I have also found tons of great information from this site. I wish you the best on your new chapter in life.

I figured I would post some things about my case and see if anyone has some kind of insight! When I got my NARSUM it looked like 30% Army and 70% VA but it could be higher. The wait is the worst thing because I am so ready for this to be over and begin school. I know there is numerous people on this forum that give excellent advice.

VA: bilateral patellofemoral pain syndrome (New), left medial menscal tear (New), lumbar degenerative disc disease (New), GERD (New), insomnia (New), anxiety condition (New), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) (New), tietzie's syndrome (New), tinnitus (New), hearing loss (New), ankle condition, left (New), sleep apnea (New)

ARMY: bilateral patellofemoral pain syndrome (right & left knee) (New), left medial menscal tear (New), lumbar degenerative disc disease (New)

My PEBLO and MSC are great and keep me informed. They always answer my questions when I call. I hear a lot of horror stories on this forum about there reps and I am sorry for them.

received info this morning the VA completed their rating on the 7th Aug. Does anyone know how long before I get my 199 ???? Any advice would be appreciated.

3 to 4 months, what's the hold up I wonder!!!

@doughboy981: I received the same info this morning from my MSC; however, I still do not have an unfit memo.

Question: Without an unift memo in hand or in my PEBLO's hand, how do I go about getting this info on a reliable document to present to my Commander so I can at least start to clear CIF?

I received my rating's this morning. YaHHHHHHHHHH. I got 40% DOD, 80% VA. The light is certainly brighter at the end of this tunnel. My timeline was fairly quick compared to others I have read. Thanks to everyone for your help on this. Grizz it was awesome to hear from you. I read all of your post and it has helped so much.

Hi Doughboy,
Would you please annotate your percentages individually for DoD (Army) and VA? I have similiar items and have a few that I cannot find/compare with the VARSD versus the ICD codes. Congrats!

Falcon A

DOD = 40%
Lumbar Degenerative disease - 20%
Right and left knee - 10% each

VA = 80%
CPAP sleep - 50%
adjustment disorder with anxiety - 30%
Tinnitis - 10%

Im not sure with the codes but this is what mine said. Hope it helps.

Well I signed my 199 on the 10 Sep and I am waiting on my seperation message. Hope it comes soon.

Both my PEBLO and my atty told me that Ft. Lewis is now taking an average of 120 days from receipt of the NARSUM to return the 199. I guess they are horribly backed up.

I really hope so, I called my PEBLO today and they said "We don't know anything, our job is to just send the packets to the PEB" lol I wish I had that job... But thanks anyways lol

Your PEBLO sucks! I would talk to a JAG attorney on your post and/or the patient advocate. You should be given better info. than that.
