My MEB/PEB AKO page

My PEBLO says my case is in the voting stage of the PEB, does this page ever open up with information to track? My MEB page is open with a bunch of dates, but the PEB page still says nothing is found.

I am with hucklebuck in one aspect. My PEB page is blank and my stuff was sent to Seattle in July. :rolleyes:

Thanks, appreciate the information, would rather them update something in my packet and move it along anyways. :)
 
That was the first thing my PEBLO told me. She said don't pay attention to that page because all the information it contains is stuff she had to enter. She was honest with me and said notifying the soldiers verbally was much more important than updating that. She said she would block out some time 1-2 times a month to mass update all her cases.

True to what she said, I always was counseled by her about something long before it ever showed up on there.
 
I was told the MEB/PEB on AKO is down.
 
When I went through the process, the MEB section was updated like 3 times, and only once on the PEB section when my packet went to PDAHQ...

never, don't count on it to be updated.
 
My PEBLO says he no longer uses the AKO MEB/PEB system. It appears to me that it's an optional tool for the PEBLOS to use, but it's not being used because it requires them to take time to keep it updated. It appears to me that they either are oveerloaded and don't have the time to update it or they just don't want to spend the time to keep us updated. From the SM's perspective, it's a shame that they don't update it so that we can be better informed of our status and keep from bothering them with requests for our status. It looks like what was once a good idea, but due to lack of PEBLO update action and command enforcement, is virtually useless now. Mine hasn't been updated for over 6 months. Maybe I'm wrong on this...I'm just speculating, but that's the way it appears to me. Maybe an actual Peblo could chime in with the real scoop.
