Just went through my MH reeval with VA - nothing exiting but a weird 20-30 min zoom call. The claim is still open - opened by VA not me. I have been seeing Vet center and a private LCSW since I was booted. Private doc has written up a good summary letter which I uploaded to the claim as additional evidence. Later, on I received copy of my requested records from the Vet Center and I am debating if its worth the trouble to upload it too or keep it in my back pocket. Vet center notes are mere progress notes that really echo the private doctors letter, however, are substantially longer. Worth also noting that VA does not have any access to Vet Center notes unless they are explicitly released/requested(I haven't signed anything allowing that to happen). Any advice folks going/gone through the same thing? My goal is to not have to fight the VA over reductions as things have not improved.

Recall the criteria for rating MH as found in the CFRs. If any of the documents support your current or a higher rating, I would upload them now.
