After you sign your PEB finding how long does it take to receive your Separation Orders? Also since my EAOS is August 17 well I be able to get out on that or will my new orders push that date out ?

It takes from 1-4 weeks on average for PEB to forward results to PERS, and then a couple of days for PERS to release a message. The PERS message is *NOT* separation orders, the orders come from your local PSD after your command does all the paperwork to get the orders released. THose orders are what drive the official stuff like your DD214 and HHG move, not the PERS message.
You will not be out at EAOS. Your RAD date will be something around 75 days from the time PERS gets the PEB Index. Your command will have to do an extension to get you to your RAD date. However, you can start working your paperwork and schedule now, especially figuring out how much leave you can take and how much you will have to sell back (roughly). Also, if your admin shop is cool, they can work with you to preload your release paperwork.

That confusing because Hawaii doesn’t have a PSD it became RC and they don’t have anything to do with orders and more. An I recently spoke to my PEBLO who directed me and my career consular to speak with PERs about get my orders. Also I already Signed an extension before from Feb 17 to Aug 17 so I completed Taps and CAPSTONE I just want to get out since all my medical stuff is done so how do I go about that
Your PEBLO is wrong. Sorry. PERS doesn’t actually process the retirement. PSDs do that. Or whatever they are called these days. And although technically the PSDs work for PERS, the paperwork isn’t done *at* PERS, it’s done at…..PSD.
Ask your admin shop who they submit TOPS transactions to when they are doing a retirement or separation. Yours will be just like that.

Ok, so previous info is correct. You will get a separation message from PERS, sent to your command. Admin needs to pull it out of traffic. Your FOPC date is the date that you and your command and your PSD need to have all of the Final Out-Processing Complete. That ensures you should be able to get your DD214 done by your RAD date, which is your last dat on AD. Then the message has a third date, the separation date, which is the date you start your new civilian life.
Your admin needs to send that PERS message to PSD ASAP, along with your separation package. PSD is the one who issues the orders that you need to have in order to schedule HHG.

But my only other Question is after I turn in my separate package will I be able to request less than the 74 days or it has to be 74 even if everything this complete beside the HHG cause I don’t need that
That 75 days is not for *you*. It’s for the command and PSD to have time to process your DD214 and other paperwork so you don’t get sent home without it and lose benefits, and be a Congressional Inquiry or a federal lawsuit later.
*IF* your DD214 is done early, the chain of command can contact PERS and request an addendum with an earlier date on it. Doesn’t happen often. PSDs are struggling.
What is the difference between RAD date and the third date? Wouldn’t those be the same thing?
Absolutely not. RAD is your last day of paid service. The third date is your start of retirement date. They cannot be the same - you can't be both active service and retired on the same date. DFAS computers would explode.
