This is confusing as all get out. Paper and PEBLO said 6 months, now it's something different just because of the holidays. I was like sweet, planned everything out, did TRS. Now that I got that news, it's like dang, that's depressing.
I would advise you seek some counsel. Calling IDES and anyone in it almost never produces anything useful. I called my PEBLO and he actually insisted I speak to his supervisor, who told me that my case took 90 days to even get accepted because the doctors at the board level caught the flu and took leave. All I was told was that I was free to call the supervisor every week for updates.
Despite getting some movement this coming Monday, things can get held up for a million reasons. They have no shame in citing each and every way this can happen. Nobody is going to make phone calls on your behalf checking on where you are specifically.
You'll probably get the "the government hasn't forgotten about you trust me!" speech at some point if you keep trying to contact people, but you can speak to your Senator if you want this process to have a forcibly addressed response. My PEBLO's supervisor "didn't personally recommend that", but it is a resource available to you. Just know that there's some strategy there, and misusing it can definitely prevent you from maximizing the intended effect.

My package got accepted by PEB 12 December and case closed 5 January. I been in voting phase for at least a week apparently. Wondering if you heard anything?

That is what I am thinking. I now just skip them and call the PEB for updates. Once I know my percentage is coming back I will go back to dealing with Peblo.

My VA case closed December 3rd, 2023, Preliminary unfit January 17th, still waiting on results. I have seen some people who got lucky and had their case close after mine but somehow started the QA process sooner, but the QA process can take around 60 days so once you get to that point you will have a clearer timeline.
You should get your case closed on the VA app soon and get your proposed ratings. After that your case just sits until the PEB requests it which is super inefficient. My case closed December 3rd but for some reason did not get accepted by the PEB until January 17th, due to this some people who had their case close after me already got their findings while I am still waiting. The final QA stage I have seen take anywhere from 7 days to 60, I am currently at 35 and waiting.
