Question for who ever can help
Ive been no pay no points since Apr 2015. Which means no military duty at all this year i was given a military day, for a physica so that i could clear up the red for the unit books than today 1 mar he wants to put meon another order for april to do my ptbtest ab measurement, he goes its a formality. Now i recently was awarded va disability at 100% p&t. I can still work if i get military duty im docked pay in other words i lose a day of va pay because im not supposed to do military duty at all. Question can they really make me pull military duty, just so ican mae their books look better? Because now when va gets wind i worked a miitary pay it could ness up my va pay dont want that please help
 
Do you have a military obligation?
 
Do you have a reserve service commitment?

Bcollins49, Are you a dual status technician that is required to maintain military membership? I don't see that you have explained why you are on no points/no pay since April 2015? Are you processing a medical issue with the military? Are you enlisted because you should have an ETS? Just trying to understand the conditions surrounding your question? Ron P
 
Im an ART in the reserves full time, no pay no points military pay. I just do civ equivalent of my job, im on my 2nd extension awaiting MEB Results

Bcollins49. I assume that ART has an equivalent special provision for disability if you lose your military status. That would explain why you are no points/no pay. Hope you get what you need out of the MEB and then the FERS disability retirement. Best regards, Ron P
 
Just taking so long, luckly i received 100 P&T from va so that helps though i did lose my house, but im rebuilding my life so there is that
 
In the same boat as an ART but was on AGR orders when they decided MEB. So either way I've got to fiqure out the civilian disability retirement part. No one seems to know. Do you guys have any ideas. Unlike the Guard we don't have HR. I'm guessing call OPM directly.
 
You can't receive VA pay in any month you have military pay. There is a process by which you forfeit your military pay. Hopefully someone that is in this situation will provide you the details.
