Apologies if this is the wrong thread, first post here and wasn’t sure where to go.
I’ve had knee issues since 2014. I did physical therapy in HI, did electric shock therapy (can’t remember exact term) and it was fine for about 2 years.
During those 2 years, I PCS’ed to Fort Hood. My knee started bothering me again so I was put on temp profile, was on rotation to Korea and did physical therapy there. Got back to Fort Hood, referred to pain management, was given steroid shot in my knee. Didn’t really help so went back to PCM and was given permanent profile (run and ruck at own pace and distance). Fast forward another 3 years to now, and my knee is bothering me again, worse than before. Would this be something I can pursue a medboard for, or has too much time passed and I’d have to start over in the fixing process?
I am also currently attending physical therapy for back pain. I have a temp profile which does not allow me to wear my gear, but that’s as far as I have gotten with this issue.
