MEB Phase completed, its on to the PEB Phase now

My MEB has finally been completed after 5 months and now its been sent to the PEB for fitness for duty determination as of 12 DEC 23. My question is what happens next? My PEBLO says I am unable to track the PEB and I was curious as how long it took for all of you at this stage.

P.S. My PEBLO has been fantastic at getting back to me and answering all of my questions but I wanted insight from people going through this process or who recently gone through it.

My case was pushed to the PEB on 13Sept. I am still waiting on findings and the PEB told me to expect them mid-to-late January, possibly even early February.

You will likely receive proposed ratings in 4-6 weeks-ish from the VA if you are being found unfit. A good way to keep an eye out for that is to download the VA app on your phone. You can check it for a claim to be processed through IDES.

Find any information yet? I was pushed up Sept 20th and my lawyer said I was found unfit on November 15th. Just waiting for the official findings to come back

I got unofficial “unfit” and was told that the PEB would have findings when they get my ratings back from the VA, (Even though they got those at the beginning of November lol).

I’m going to give it another week and if I don’t hear anything give the PEB a call again.

Man I’ve been trying to call daily. Just rings and rings. I contacted my state rep to look into it.
