MEB/PEB Timeline FY19

What is the second date?
 
Not sure, just relaying the info I got from my PEBLO. Maybe they're waiting for the VA's proposed ratings? I wish you could track your progress like the delivery of a pizza.

That would be nice. Waiting and not knowing anything has really been testing my patience
 
I wonder if the second date is the date it enters the VA stage.
 
You aren't kidding. The waiting is the worst. How can set yourself up for success if you do not when you will separate? It's literally driving me nuts. The longer this takes the worse the economy seems to get. Nothing has changed yet on my E-Benefits page. It still says they're in the evidence gathering, review, and decision phase (which is a phase that seems to encompass 3 phases). It's been there since SEP 17th.

Don’t rely on ebenefits. It’s not accurate for IDES members.

This is interesting because I’m an Army guy almost in the same boat. My claim status on va.gov still says September 19th when my claim was first entered but it has updated twice (the most recent being today) and the claim end date went from December 2020 to April 29th, 2020 to April 21st, 2020 today. I want to call the VA and ask what is going on, but I don’t want to piss anyone at my IDES off.
 
Yea, it’ll update but not accurately for us. It’s mainly meant for veterans making claims after separating.

I guess the only accurate update is when it closes out as usually your ratings are about to come in to the PEBLO. Thanks for the info!
