Referred Condition: Psoriasis w/ Biologics (12 months usage). Originally started on Humira by off base provider but moved to Cosentyx. PCM referred to IRILO.
8/12/24 - MEB Notification
8/14/24 – MEB Process briefing by PEBLO
9/3 /24 – 1st Commander’s Impact Statement signed. (RETAIN)
9/25/24 – Notification received (FL4) directing Full MEB.
10/4/24 – IDES/MEB process briefing.
10/9/24 – SHA Part A submitted.
11/26/24 – VA MSC Contact – 526EZ Briefing
11/28/24 – Submitted 526EZ to VA MSC
12/16/25 – VES General health appointment
12/17/25 – VES Mental Health appointment (Telehealth)
12/18/25 – VES Audiology appointment
~ DBQs Uploaded end of January to TOL
2/7/25 – Received DBQ’s and NARSUM from PEBLO for IMR.
2/7/25 – Agreed with IMR and submitted Letter to Exception for referred condition.
2/17/25 – Received Form 618; 1 unfit condition (Psoriasis – Biologics). Signed the same day.
2/20/25 – Require new CIS to submit package to IPEB.
3/5/25 – Entered PHP treatment for Mental Health.
3/11/25 – Received 2nd Commander’s Impact Statement. (DO NOT RETAIN)
5/6/25 – 618 and IMR concurrence signed.
5/8/25 – MEB package submitted to IPEB by PEBLO.
5/9/25 – 1st myFSS email received. “The Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO) at your base Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) sent your Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) package to the Air Force Personnel Center Physical Disability Operations Branch.”
5/19/25 – Patiently waiting for my monthly call with the PEBLO.

- Notified that a Mental Health NARSUM was required, and a new Form 618 would be generated.
- Diagnosed with OSA and require CPAP, but unable to add to VA claim until after IDES process is complete.
