I'm currently awaiting findings and once they come back I plan to move and use my BAH from VR&E and VA pay as my main source as income. I reached out to my MSC and she said that I won't be able to get a letter from the VA until everything is finalized. Has anyone used proposed ratings or any advice on how to seek loan pre-approval while in IDES?
