I see that the bill has been making some more movements recently but from what i've heard versus what I have read, it only applies to CRSC and not CRDP. Will the bill not make any difference to me? 100% VA 70% DOD PDRL non combat related.

As written, it is tied to CRSC. Some conditions are much easier to qualify for (tinnitus or asthma) than others (mental health conditions).

I am reminded of the post of one member here where he stated he was confident the lawmakers know what is in their bill. In other words, they knew how the actual computations would work (my inference). I admired his optimism but did not share his confidence.

I sincerely hope the law is passed and everyone receives what they expect.

So if I was medically retired (before 20 years) for mental health, but draw CRSC for tinnitus and rhinitis, are you saying I would receive my full retired pay (for my 14 years) and my VA pay? Sorry, trying to read this bill makes my brain hurt.

It would make you eligible for your pension at the longevity cap (at a minimum depending on the final language of the bill) and your VA disability.
