so lets take another crack at this. I know individual cases vary but I'm hoping someone will be able to guess weather in a Tdrl or not because honestly I don't want to, I just want to be done with the army. I'm looking at 30-50 for ptsd about to have 2nd shoulder surgury slipped discs in my back tendinitis in my knee and I have headaches almost daily. Any I put in what they might do? I was hoping that even if my ptsd isn't xondisered stable that if I had 30% for my shoulder they would just permanently retire me if that makes sence. The meb will be started by bh basically because my shrink is the one who sympathized with me. Thanks in advance

Highly likely (absent rare circumstances) that a PTSD finding will result in TDRL (with the minimum rating being 50% temporarily).

If another condition such as my shoulder was consider permanent would I be perm or still temp due to one or more temp conditions

The other conditions would need to be stable and rated at 80% (DoD, i.e., unfitting).

Thanks for the quick reply, is there any fighting the temp is you have bh on your side? As I said before I just want to be done with the army, it makes me want to say screw it all together if there going to go for temp

I was just rated 70%DOD for PTSD ...TDRL and 100%VA...no future VA appointments.
