I received a finding of fit that I disagreed with on 22SEP2017. The NMA was written by my Skipper in such a way as to leave me options. This attempt at a kind act resulted in a fit finding. My command and I certainly appealed with a strong addendum to NMA and personal statement.
It was turned in on time and complete on 02OCT2017. I have yet to hear anything about my appeal. Additionally, I have 3 different cases now open in ebenefits and one historical which I never opened. The historical case says complete and a letter was mailed on 06NOV2017. All the others remain at waiting for decision approval and havent changed since before my fit finding.It has been 15 business days since the decision packet was supposedly mailed but I dont have any letter. I have contacted my PEBLO and received no replies thus far. Any thoughts?
