So the IPEB came back 4 days after being submitted by my PEBLO as unfit. Is that fast?
I guess now my package goes up for ratings?

Heres my real question:

I just did my sleep study and found out I have severe sleep apnea and will need a CPAP machine, how do I get that into my records so it can be sent up and rated during everything else?

Thank you and God Bless,

Your paperwork should go from the PEB to the VA for ratings, correct. You might be able to contact your PEBLO and get a copy of your unfit memo ... My PEBLO sent me mine.

I am not sure about adding sleep apnea to your current claim. You may have to file an additional claim on ebenefits and then upload all supporting documents with it. Someone else should be able to give you a better answer though.

Thank you. Looking at your timeline yours is flying. I started everything in November and just now at the point where IPEB found me unfit. Im terrified of what they will rate me as.

I am pretty nervous too. And it doesnt help that all I do is sit in a cubicle and constantly update ebenefits.

I do the same thing.. except mine always says reviewing evidence.. lol and I know it will be a while...

My packet was sent to the PEB and I had an unfit memo the next day. They're usually pretty quick. And I was told that any new conditions will need to be processed and evaluated after your current claim is complete.

misskac, it did go very quick, I also got my ratings Friday....

VA: 100%

AF: 100%..

I also got a SMC-K code... I have no idea what that means

Congrats! I, unfortunately, do not know what that means either. Hopefully someone else can help yoU :)

SMC of K is a Special Monthly Compensation Payment. What did you get Rated on? It is usually for loss of Hand, Foot, Eye or organ.... It's an additional 100.00 per month I believe.
