Timeline so far AD AF - I’ve been a silent lurker deciding to share my timeline , I find it useful looking at others , brings me some kind of hope this will be over soon haha .

August 24- Hospitalized -Diagnosed
16 sept 24 - PEBLO initial Contact
25 Sept 24- NARSUM Done
1 Oct 24- case went to IRILO
22 Oct- 8nov24- I was on leave case paused until I returned
22 Oct 24 - IRILO recommend Full MEB
23-Oct 24 - returned SHA part A to PEBLO
8 Nov 24- Peblo handed my case over to VA
8 Nov 24 - VA MSC contact
12 Nov 24 - OTF meeting with MSC filled out 21-526ez ( va claims form )
13 Nov 24 - returned VA Claims form back to MSC (only gave me 2 days to sign and return) had around 32 claims
14 Nov 24 - VA called to schedule c&p exams
15 Nov 24 - first C&p exam
3 Dec 24 -last c&p exam , had 8 exams all together.
30 December 24 - PEBLO received all exams - MEB met unfit determination
2 January 25 -Signed AF IMT form 618, MEB sent to IPEB for unfit/fit and rating/s.
3 January 25 - Received First FSS Email
10Feb25 - With Va awaiting proposed Rating
12 Feb 25 - Va claim assigned to rater
19 Feb 25 - Va claim is with rater waiting decision
******* - VA Claim Closed
******* - IPEB Findings Received. ***% DOD / ***% VA. AF Form 1180 Signed.
******* - Final out/DOS
 
Hey I have a similar timeline to you. I got myFss email on 4th February but my peblo told me today that it’s been with the VA awaiting proposed rating since 4th February.


I was wondering where did you look to see that it was assigned to a rater and then with a rater awaiting decision? Did your peblo tell you or did you find a way to check yourself? I don’t want to keep bothering the guy but it seems yours is really moving along quick!

Hey , I called the VA 800 number and asked the status of my claim , once they see “IDES” they normally refrain from telling u anything about your claims and refer u to your MSC or PEBLO but if u are good with your words lol you might can get them to tell u and some representatives just tell you if ur lucky . Also I scheduled a call with Vera and she laid out where my case was step by step . I’m in Texas but Detroit Vera had a lot of opening so I went with them and she was very nice and helpful provided more information than what I needed. I was stuck at the “ awaiting proposed “ until the 11th of Feb then 12th Feb my case was then assigned a rater .
 
I’m overseas in okinawa! I’ll try to book a call with Vera and see if she can give me more details. How often did you contact her?
 
Following this timeline since I seem to be 1 day behind you. My case is showing as “Pending DRAS” (Forwarded to VA) on 11 Feb.

I managed to snag an appointment through VA VERA at my regional office on 27 Feb. hoping to find out more information. Thanks for sharing!

I received my email yesterday and just accepted the findings today, we are almost there!!

When did you get your first fss email? I’m still waiting. I have my Vera appointment Tuesday. My peblo said I should hear back by the end of the week! Happy we’re all almost at the end of this.

I got my first MyFSS email February 7th, I just signed for my ratings on friday and I am currently waiting orders. They were overall really fast for me.

I just had my phone call with Vera. She said I’m in the ‘awaiting a decision phase’ and that we should have an answer soon. She couldn’t say how long it will take. Just that there’s a backlog of claims.

I got MyFSS email on 4th February.

Just curious, was it required you speak with the ODC before signing or was that something you just wanted to do on your own?

Your PEBLO will give u an ODC form to fill out when they email u your findings so I just went ahead and met with them . It’s optional.

Oh okay just wondering. Because if I got 60 DOD and 100 P&T I would sign right away haha

lol it was because I got Tdrl for the dod and not pdrl but ate 60 is 60 lol I’ll make those appointments on the back end lol

Also I had a line number for Staff sergeant and on my retirement orders AFPC did retire me as a Staff sergeant and not my current rank of SrA .
