Hey, what rule do we fall under in AFI 36-3003 to be authorized that many days? I read that we aren't allowed to exceed 10

Looks like rule 2 under table 4.3. 10 days for conus and 30 for oconus.
I am oconus -Hawaii

Rule 2 says 10 days if you are separated (under 30% DoD) and 20 days (30% and above DoD) if you are retired.
For CONUS, forgot that part.
17 days of leave yes. I know i suck at saving lol but I have a job i need to get to anyway so its perfect.
My VA portal showed all steps completed in the same day and said “claim closed.” My PEBLO was able to share the VA rating with me but I wasn’t able to see it myself through the VA site. I don’t think she was technically supposed to tell me the rating but maybe you can bully your PEBLO into sharing it with you if you see your case is closed
Indeed. U can also keep calling the VA until you get someone who doesnt care
I still haven’t been able to see anything on the va site or app. Called VA twice and they keep saying it’s in work.
thats why you cant see anything. It wont pop up until its done.
This is taking forever lol. IPEB sent my case to the VA on 25 November.
Mine went to the VA from IPEB on 19 November, and was finished with the VA APPLYING the rating on 25 Nov. The VA actually finished and i had my proposed rating before I went to the IPEB though, check my signature.
I wish mine was making progress like yours. I think my last C&P exam caused a holdup. I did the first 3 exams they said that’s all I’d have to do then out of nowhere I had a last minute one on 1 November. I don’t have the DBQ for that one and then IPEB sent my package up on the 25th. VA says they have everything though
Probably the ingram case caused you to do another one if you take medicine for a physical condition. I kinda had to do the same but not an exam, just resubmitting a form. The VA just deferred that until the official decision letter though
I was just looking into the Ingram case I hadn’t read up on it but yeah I am on meds. Like 4 lol
DEC 12 2025: Hoped to get orders today, but didnt. However my PEB CASE disappeared from myFSS, I cant view it anymore just like I couldnt view it during the entire PEB process. I was only able to see it once I signed my 1180 and PEBLO sent up the case back to PEB for orders.
My case in myfss opened today. Just signed my findings yesterday
yup! Some ppl never actually see a case in myFSS. I di though. DO u wanna dm it what it looks like? I think I have attached mine before in one of my threads, but in one of the tabs it has your concurring documents and tells u a status or sub status. Mine disappeared today....
Damn! Im still waiting for a proposed rating. They told me on Dec 11th "received your claim on 10/27/2025. Our records show your exams are complete, but a proposed rating has not yet been finalized." my final exam was the 18th of november, but i had to get additional blood pressure readings done. Those werent done till the 3rd of december. But my MSC and PEBLO both said they recieved my exam release report on the 8th of december. So im guessing its just sitting with the VA waiting for a someone to look at all of it. Hopefully i dont get shafted, i was looking over the DBQs and there some stuff that the doctor wrote in that i definitely remember being said a complete different way.....
