I’ve checked the csm.mods and it still says I’m at the IPEB for fit/unfit. My PEBLO said my case was coming up and I just verified that that means my ratings are being finalized and my packet is almost done at the VA. I’ve heard the cms site is way off for dates so I’m guess somewhere along the way my packet went to the VA but whatever box needed to be checked didn’t. I’m not at all surprised but am relieved. Now it’s just crossing fingers I don’t have to appeal. I am so beyond ready to be done.
It sounds like we are in a similar situation. When i contacted my PEBLO the other day, she said that she still has not gotten the FIT/UNFIT back from IPEB, but i looked at my VA.GOV and it said my case closed yesterday and another case opened at the same time.
So i am hoping that this means the IPEB will be coming back with everything in the next week or so and same as you Benzer, that i dont have to appeal

That is what I am most confused by. My VA.gov has my original claim updated as of the day before I signed my narsum and then there is another case that was opened and closed as of the the day I signed my narsum. My original claim is still open and hasn’t updated since 19 Dec. I took that as my case was still with IPEB but my peblo told me any day now for my ratings. It’s super confusing.
Just checked my cms and it says my IPEB completed the 22nd and my PEB decision was completed the 27th but my VA decision is still blank. So I’m guessing the VA rated my referred conditions and sent them to the PEB even tho they haven’t finished the other claims. I have no clue but it did make me a little more hopeful of this coming to an end.
How many things did you claim?
I claimed 15 and mine got sent to IPEB on Jan and came back like two days ago.

My IPEB has a red X and date of 1/22/2020, VA has the same date but no check or X, and PEB Findings has no date but a green check. There is no explanations behind what any of that means.
I can only give you guesses, did you VA close your case and open a new one?
My original VA claim is still opened, however the day I signed my narsum a new VA claim opened and closed (both 20 Dec). My original claim is updated as of 19 Dec but has had zero updates since then. I am 6 weeks post signing the NARSUM today.
Did you claim a lot with the VA?

I have the same timeline I signed my NARSUM on the 11th of December and they told me 4-6 weeks and last week I got my ratings so just be patient and online my never changed but I got my ratings just every week call your peblo and ask that’s how I found out and now they told me in 10 days I will have my orders

Very close more so better then I was expecting but my online status still hasn’t changed and I already got my ratings so I haven’t looked online in awhile just keep calling and asking your PEBLO
That makes me feel a lot better. It’s hard when you don’t see anything progressing, I’m just ready to start my life.
So your Lawyers calculation was close? or you said U got better ratings than he calculated?
