I’ve been waiting on my waiver for over 30 days now. Can I speed this up?

So it’s been 32 days since I started the process of getting a waiver to join the military again. My recruiter told me the process would take 30 days. He even told me he had someone going for a waiver for ptsd that had way more paperwork and took 50 days to get. Now I’m just wondering how long it’ll take for me. Is there a way to get a more direct answer on where I stand?

Did you get to re enlist?

Not to put you down just wanted to know for a reference we get more service members trying to re-enlist back in after being medically discharged. To this day I only know of the service member that was misdiagnosed with cancer that was allowed back in.

I still don’t even know why. They just said “processing not justified” and that was it. I’ve made a congressional inquiry from my state Senator Dianne Feinstein in California to try and get an answer and reconsideration for giving me my waiver. I hear sometimes that can work but I’m not holding my breath.
