Is the MEB process faster in WTU? I have a surgery on my life hip coming up in september. I am suppose to ETS in Feburary. If they started the MEB now with that surgery (it is suppose to be a 6 month recovery) how long would i realistically be looking at for actually getting out?

The WTU may help things go a little more quickly - or at least you've got more support through the process. In terms of timeline, its a guess with wide margins on the left and right. I would plan on a minimum of 6 months, and it can easily take longer than a year. Check out the posts in timelines for how things are running currently. best of luck...Bob
