Good afternoon all, currently I am in the IPEB phase and have submitted a job offer letter to my PEBLO to try and expedite my process. I’m not going to disagree with any findings as long as I’m not returned to duty, does anyone know if the PEB will honor my job offer and push me out so that I can make my deadline to be there? This is the only job offer I received that can take care of my family and I, I don’t want to lose it. PEBLO rarely answers so I can never figure out. I’m about a month and a half away from my job start date.

The PEB only expedite cases of member who are very serious ill or injured. The only way to expedite a case is to bump others that have been waiting longer. Sorry for the bad news.
They just called back and said it’s with the President of the PEB. Hoping this is good news, they said expedited processes go for jobs as well. Thank you for your response though!!!
Is the president of the PEB the last person who decides on my case? I’m new to all this, so anytime I hear information I get excited but then am led to another waiting period.
