Anyone that sent their stuff to the ipeb in May get their results back yet? I heard they are starting to catch up on the backlog

Yeah I just called this morning and got the “nothing yet”
20 April and also nothing. People are saying that they are starting to move through them now because they have sufficient people but I don’t think that’s true. And even if they had enough people, there’s no incentive to work through them faster and there’s def no accountability lol. In it for the long haul. Stay strong amigos.

& just to be clear.. if we have a proposed rating already from the va that means we were found unfit, right?
No, they changed the process so that it is done concurrently. So you don’t have to wait even longer after the oeb makes their decision.
Not necessarily. Everyone going through the PEB gets a proposed rating from the VA. If you are found unfit by the PEB they send your case to the VA and you will get your official rating, if you are found fit then the VA just tables it. I think the proposed rating is good for 1 year.
Did they tell you what your proposed rating is? My VA rep told me weeks ago that the VA was done with its portion and she could see what my proposed rating is, but she's not allowed to actually tell me yet.
You can call the VA directly and get the proposed rating. It honestly depends who answers. Some reps will send it to you others will say it has to come from your PEBLO. I ended up doing that back in May.
My PEBLO said basically the same thing but also dropped a hint and said he was "100% certain" I'd be happy with the proposed rating. I called the VA and asked them for a copy of the proposed rating letter they sent to my PEBLO and they emailed me a copy if the proposed ratings letter.
My VA rep also said "you'll be happy" when I asked about my rating, but didn't casually drop any percentages like that.
