Here is a phone number that i received and thought it would do somebody some good instead of calling those customer service reps from DFAS. (216) 204-2090 Name: Timothy Fitzwater. He should be able to answer all or most of your questions about severance pay and retirement pay.

Don't bother calling this guy with pay issues, i got in contact with him yesterday and he told me he only does board corrections, so if you have some kind of pending board case he will do you some good.
