Hello, I filed paperwork to PDBR in January18. I was on TDRL for 5 years. The last year where a decision had to be made I was boarded w/o retirement even with letters from doctors saying I wasn’t better. I got 60% from VA until 2014 where it went to 100% because of multiple hospital stays(I have lupus). I got out in 2003, my lump sum from the Army was paid back by VA. My question is what do I get from this process? If favorable do I get retirement and blue ID card? Anything else I need to know? I was in for 7 years

If the board finds you 30% or more unfitting then you get a retired ID care and Tricare benefits (including back claims). You become eligible for retired pay OR VA is under 20 years of service OR CRDP is over 20 YOS.

You are welcome

Good morning Chaplain, do you know how we go about getting our back claims taken care of?

DFAS take care of pay issues. They are in the loop on changes made to personnel status.
