Informal Reconsideration Results

So...I got my Informal Reconsideration Results back on Monday. I knew I would get an additional 10% for my back. I am now at 20% severance pay see ya later have a nice life!! LOL The two things that I'm still questioning are my plantar fasciitis, which I have apparently not been to the doctor enough for. I have been 3-4 times since 2008 and I have been on profile for more than once if memory serves correctly and have night splints and have shoe inserts and still have a lot of pain. I just haven't been over and over to the doctor for it because I've had to go for my head and back and have had to take my daughter to a lot of appts of her own so I run out of time and run into a lot of flack from work. But that is listed on there just as medically acceptable and then of course my migraines! Anyone who has read any of my post know I have been screaming about the crazy inconsistencies within those regulations! Well, I guess I complained enough that I got to see neurology. That was completely pointless. He spent a little over an hour evaluating me, looked at my headache journal, which I keep daily, said WOW you have no pain free days that really stinks! Your Medically Acceptable here take more Topamax! So I followed his directions with that then it started to react with my Tramadol for my back and I tried to call to get an appt or a telephone consult or some help because I thought I was dying! Ha I needed a referral before he would talk to me about a medication he prescribed!!! WTF!!! I called my PCM for a tel consult about this and 3 days later got a call back and she put in a referral (21 Sept) for follow up. To say the least I called the local pharamacy off post for some advice and they were more than happy to give me some help with how to even things out the right way and I didn't die! ;) Neuro never called me back. I called and called they finally told me today Oct 6 that the Neuro doc kicked it back saying he didn't need to see me. Follow up with PCM who has told me she can't really help me anymore!! I feel like monkey in the middle! So I'm back at square 1 my head is still hurting like hell now I can't drink soda and my hands and feet tingle like they are always falling asleep! I keep waiting for the good part about losing weight!!
Then to add insult to injury my PEBLO calls my ex Commander and tells him that the dates he verified in his memo that I went home on quarters were not mentioned in the medical records. Well I have already explained that to him. All the times I was sent home on quarters was always noted as released without duty limitations. That was why I needed the memo in the first place because that has been happening to me since going to the MEB clinic. Stupid me didn't keep my quarter slips. He was the only person who I knew I could get to verify that for me. Well after she called him, he called me thinking I was trying to pull something over on him and he had her pull the memo. That makes me so mad because I sat there with him and showed him what was happening and he saw it himself and he knew he signed those quarters slips. There were only like 4 days of quarters and 2 days of being sent home early by an NCO in my COC.

Sorry I really needed to vent all that; maybe now I can sleep and when I wake up someone will have good advice or just some good words of encouragement!!:)
Anyone have any input I'm all ears! I'm so fed up with this whole ordeal!
Mike, I sent you a message on your homepage!

Chem,

I'm not privy to the complete fact pattern of your case. But my general advice to you would be to appeal, you have nothing to lose (less than 30% separation) and everything to gain (30% retirement).

It sounds like the all-too-common problem in your case, they got it wrong at the MEB level and now you're paying for it at the IPEB.
