Indexes Sent During Shutdown?

I’ve seen information that no cases will be moved forward during the shutdown (at least for the navy), but does anyone if this is the case for cases that have been signed and accepted?
I’m only about 10 days out from signing my findings, guy trying to gauge whether or not this shutdown will affect the Index being sent out as well as separation messages.
 
Yes, will affect. After you sign your findings, PEB has to process and put together for the index. Plus Navy PEBLOs are civilian, as is the message-writing group at NPC.

They just passed a bill so a government shutdown won’t be happening for at least for the next month…
