I'm overwhelmed does anybody have advice?

I got my NLT today and I've received emails from three different people with some many task to complete. I have no idea what to do first. My battaltion just deployed to Korea so i can't get any signatures or anything from my commander and whatever else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Get the signature of the senior member of your battalion that was left in Garrison

There should be a Rear Detachment Officer with assumption of command orders granting them signature authority.
