Sorry guys I've been out of the net for awhile now. I am trying to get a handle on the whole process now and I'm not quite sure and no one here really knows anything i guess or so they say. I got my 30% TDRL for my foot and 0% for my narcolepsy. I got shafted on the narcolepsy but hell I will fight it later I guess. From what I have been told is that it open season during TDRL re-evaluations for argueing for a higher % and they can't take my 30% away if I'm not argueing that part. But anyways I accepted my stuff and now I'm waiting on orders. I really need to read up and try to find out whats next. But anyways on a side note I love the new format Jason on on the Forum. And I made top 5 BooYah!

I imagine you have been busy, but it is good to see you back. You should be aware that they can lower the 30% at your re-evaluation. They can raise or lower any condition that you were placed on TDRL for if your condition has stabilized. If it has not stabilized, they keep you on TDRL with no change in rating. What they can't do is rate conditions that weren't unfitting but have since got worse. It is good they found the narcolepsy unfitting. Make sure you document the number of attacks after you get out so you have that info for the TDRL re-eval.
