6 May 2021: Completed and submitted IRLO package. Along with NARSUM from PCM
6 Jun 2021: Local board determined MEB.
9 Jun 2021: IRLO Package submitted to AFPC, determined Full MEB
15 Jun 2021: Received email from QTC in regards to C&P exams
10 Jul 2021: First C&P Exam
13 Aug 2021: Final C&P Exam
1 Sep 2021: MEB completed received email from Peblo to contact him and go over the findings. Signed attached Form 618 agreeing with the conclusion. Full MEB package submitted to AFPC that afternoon.
2 Sep 2021: Received MyPer notification my package had been received and was being reviewed.
23 Sep 2021: Received MyPer notification PEB case had been completed and Peblo had the findings.
24 Sep 2021: Briefed by my Commander of the results of Permanent Retirement.
27 Sep 2021: Received Email from my Peblo of the findings in more detail, 50% DOD 100% VA to be permanently retired. Accepted the IPEB findings, signed AF Form 1180 and ODC Repersentation request Memo. Documents submitted to Case manager
