05MAR22 Signed AF FORM 1180 paperwork wanting Formal Hearing

07JUN22 PEBLO finally submitted MEB package to IPEB

DEC22 IPEB denied PSC

JAN23 Appealed IPEB decision for FPEB, contacted ODC for legal representation

FEB23 ODC legal recommended going to SAF/PC since FPEB is not bound to look at ILOD but SAF/PC is bound to look at ILOD

MAR23 Waiting for ODC Lawyers to draw up SAF/PC appeal paperwork to overturn IPEB decision and recommend MEB process though IDES

10MAY23 Appeal submitted to SAF/PC to find disability ILOD.

21JUN23 Awarded SSDI from Social Security

19JUL23 Secretary of the Air Force awarded appeal to in the LINE OF DUTY

26Jul23 active duty PEBLO picked up resubmittal paperwork for IDES processing

1Aug23 VA phone interview for IPEB conditions submittal.

15Aug23 VA hearing test for DoD determination

22Aug23 VA separation physical

30Aug23 VA Benefits Behavioral Health Exam

13Sept23 PEBLO submitted records for local MEB

12Oct23 Local MEB completed PEBLO submitted packet to PEB

27Oct23 Found 80% disabled by PEB, signed 1180 as accept

Hopefully. I've seen so many MH cases pushed through lately with short timelines - I feel happy for them but I'm actually offended.

how long till peb index is release to pers and how long does it take? where will my message be coming from in traffic, navmed?
