4/15/2023 Got VA appointment
6/01/2023 - Finished all Va appointments
8/16/2023 NARSUM Came back ( 1 condition unfit for duty not met retention ( lower back injury )
8/18 /2023 IMR requested for chronic migraine
8/22 / 2023 IMR result ( denied - retention met )
8/24/2023 ( Rebuttal submitted for chronic migraine )
8/28/ 2023 ( Rebuttal result - Denied- doctor state NARSUM will not change )
9/16 2023 ( Send the NARSUM FOR PEB and VA for rating )
As of now, I am waiting to hear whether the PEB finds me fit or unfit for continued military service. I cleared my CIF on September 24th my PEBLO issue me a memo. Based on the factors what will I can assume PEB decision?
