I signed my 3947 on August 26th and I am still waiting to hear back about the PEB. No update to my VA rating yet and CMS still shows in the MEB state. Contacted my PEBLO 2 weeks ago and assured me that I am in the PEB stage. Apparently the CMS site is awful about being accurate and timely. I will be contacting my PEBLO again on Tuesday 01 OCT to see if there is any new information. I finished my C&Ps 26JUN, and feel like my process is moving slower that frozen pong water. Hope your process will move faster than mine has so far. I will post when I talk to my PEBLO.

I got my 3947 back on Sept 12 two unfitting conditions. Signed on Sept 16 and submitted back to peblo to get forwarded to the ipeb Just logged onto VA.gov today and it shows that my original ides case closed and a new one opened the same day. Does that mean that the va has rated everything and sent it back to the peb? If so how long should it be before I receive my 199? I have also never received my unfit memo, but I assumed if it went to the VA that I was unfit. Any input is greatly appreciated, also I am in the Army Reserve if that makes a difference.
mo do you have any update? Apparently my VA step is being redone because of "new evidence" from Informal PEB (which took 29 days) so I will be waiting even longer than I already have. Been in the IDES process over 5 months now.
