Im getting 80 percent from(DOD) all combat related PDRL and then 100 percent VA and it says I qualify for some extra money for loss of a creative organ? Anyways minus the extra money for that loss....who will be paying me and what. Basically my High 3 is E6 with 10 years. I just hit 10 years and just now started to get paid for E7. So for simplicity I would be saying my base pay from my High 3 is what 3196? I wasnt sure other than CSRC what being 80 percent DOD all combat related would do for me.

80 percent dod will be 80 percent of your dod pay (base pay) but i heard the highest the army go up to is 75 percent of your base pay.... 100 percent VA will be about 3000 to 3200 depending on how many dependents you have. so elect to take the 100 percent VA it will be more. The loss of creative organ from what i was told is like a extra 100 to 150 per month. I also have that on mines too. and CRSC well if u get it should be 400 to 600 so you can total that up....
Then I may have been getting fed some crap then. Someone said since my ratings for DOD were all combat related I would be getting some of that in addition to my VA, CSRC, etc. When do you choose either VA or DOD pay? I assume that they would just go with whatever is higher....
Yeah my formal board came back with PDRL vice TDRL. They were nice enough to notice that even without PTSD i would be at 60 percent
I heard that also because my combat related injuries add up to be 50 percent of my dod 60 percent. I am also 100 percent VA as well...You will choose dod rate or VA rate when you sign ur 199. I don't know about the getting some from dod also...I never heard anything about it since i signed my 199. maybe its true maybe its not. I should be finding out within the next month if thats the case.
Yeah I am guessing its not true...Guess I will see. Figured I would ask prior just to get an idea
