I have heard there are some phone numbers floating around to contact the PEB. I am a Marine, so my case goes through the Department of the Navy. I am post-VA, just waiting on my DoD ratings so I can get out of here.
I would like to see if I can contact the PEB to see what is taking so long. As of today they have had my package for 29 days. My PEBLO has been as helpful as she can be and always answered my questions, but there is really nothing else she can do.
I have already contacted my Senator and she sent a letter to them on Friday, August 5th but we have not heard back on that yet.
Marine here. PEB had my package over 50 days. I think there isn't really much fuss to be raised until it's passed 60 days since that's the timeline or something similar for Post Va. Even then not much can be done.

I called them this morning. The LT that answered said packages are taking 60 days right now.
What really pisses me off is seeing things like how your package was accepted by the board 48 hours before mine, and I am still waiting for my ratings while you have already denied and requested a FPEB on yours.
EDIT: And I was found unfit several days before you were!
Looks like yours went historical a whole month after mine although our timelines were close leading up to then. Good luck. It's a long drawn out process unfortunately. Hopefully you hear back soon.
