My counseling was performed by the TRANSPROC NCO at JBLM. My PEBLO first informed me that my case was sent to the PDA and was approved the same day, the following day I was entered into TRANSPROC. Officially the TRANSPROC begins once you are notified.

My IDES dashboard reflected a date that was intitially 90 days from the date that the PDA entered me into TRANSPROC, then a week later it was adjusted to 90 days after I signed.

To that extent, the RSO at my military installation notified me immediately upon their receipt of the TRANSPOC-III message albeit an official counseling wasn’t performed.

Hmm, indeed, it seems potentially that each USAPDA PEB region has its own internal process in reference to TRANSPOC-III implementation. Again, thanks!

I'm in the CBWTU and I bet the counseling is to cover their ass. Funny thing is that throughout the MEB process the continually ask you for all of your orders, DD214, DD93, SGLV, EPQR and other documentation, then at the end you are expected to provide it to them again.

Ah, indeed, that's probably the difference since I am assigned to a regular active duty U.S. Army organization on a military installation.

Hmm, CYA operations definitely seem to be in full effect for sure albeit my new CoC leadership were performing their edition of CYA operations when informed that certain favorable personnel actions were still required to be completed.

To that extent, no more worries at this point in time for me since I am now officially on military transition leave awaiting placement onto the military TDRL in the next couple of months for sure!

been waiting 28 days now to hit transproc and nothing. how hard is it to get a name entered it seems rediculous

Indeed, a valid point-of-fact unfortunately in reference to HQ USAPDA's final review and processing of DoD IDES case files for placement into TRANSPOC-III. :confused:

How are soliders notified when they hit TRANSPOC? Should I be recieving an email on my .mil account or will I need to contact the retierment/seperation office here at Ft Campbell?

Welcome to the PEB Forum! :)

From my experiences within the DoD IDES MEB/PEB process, you should have received an email from your PEBLO explaining that your military RSO (e.g., transition/retirement/separation office) will receive the TRANSPOC-III message for generation of the official military orders.

To that extent, please contact the military RSO at Fort Campbell for updated feedback as to your current status of being on TRANSPOC-III at this point in time.

Hopefully, when the military RSO eventually receives the TRANSPOC-III message, he/she should immediately notify you via telephonically or email; as did my military RSO. Take care!

I was referred to Meb 14 August I signed my narsum 29 October. I received my DA199 on 14 November. I signed it yesterday I was told it would take two weeks to hear from transpoc.
