How long to cut orders?

Hey all, I just received my ratings today. My question to ya'll is how long does it typically take to cut orders from DC? Any info would be appreciated.

i have been waiting for 3 weeks...navy. i called psd adn they told me they still have not received any info from the med board.

How long did it take you to recieve your ratings from the VA? I was told i was found unfit and my package went to the VA last monday, so now i am just waiting for my ratiings so i can start activly looking for work.

I was Navy and it took about 4 weeks for my orders to come down. I was terminal leave when I got them.

It took me 2 months to the day to get my ratings.. Even with the holidays, which I heard was fairly quick.

I dont know about all of the other branches of service, but for the Air Force, Your orders are cut by a different person depending on the last four of your social. Each grouping of socials go to one of 6 different people and that person can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 month.

I am curious you guys that are saying 2-4 weeks you were getting your orders, what were you selecting as your separation date. I am wondering if you select a date that is like 30 days out from when you receive your findings does that expedite your orders any faster than someone that selects something like 75-90 days out. I am in the Navy also.
