How long did it take for you to get paid disability after receiving your DD214?

I'm going through a MEB, but I'm still waiting on my rating to come back. Just curious to see how long some people have had to wait before being paid disability after separating/retiring.
 
I was an FPEB attorney at the Navy PEB and DFAS routinely told us that our separated Service members would receive severance pay within 60 to 90 days after separation. However, just before I left earlier this month, I had a few clients reach back to me after the 90-day window had closed, saying they hadn't received their pay. Frankly, DFAS, in my dealings with them, never qualified their answer with respect to the issuing the member's DD214.
