3.5 years AD seems low for 15 years reverse time. I offered the conversion “formula”.
You did not provide a CRSC rate (expected or approved).

Ok...the longevity portion of retired pay cited above is less than the CRSC rate @70% so the projected CRSC remains unchanged.Gotcha. I do not know my points.

Can I receive retirement,CRSC and VA Compensation at the same time
1. In order to receive VA compensation, you must agree to waive (lose) retired pay equal to the amount of VA compensation (up to full amount of retired pay).So I cant get CRSC if I'm receiving retired pay?
1. The reference is Financial Management Regulation. Volume 7B, Chapter 63. * October 2017Where can you find how the services calculates the CRSC award percentage?
Ron... I appreciate the reply, but this cut and paste does not help me in any way. Where is the calculation for how the CRSC AWARD PERCENTAGE is DETERMINED????
Approved CRSC for CH 61 retirees is reduced by any amount of retired pay remaining after the VA offset. You mentioned you are “giving up a portion amount of my retired pay” which suggests you have residual retired pay.Im giving up a portion of my retired pay and still cant get CRSC even though it was approved pure BS!
