Just got my NARSUM back and VA findings before being sent to DC. I haven’t signed anything yet because I’m really confused. The dr at Portsmouth put full range of motion on my knee but the VA has me at 80/60 degrees. Should I dispute this before it heads up?

You should review it with your IDES counsel. I would focus on the conclusion of the NARSUM. Remember the NARSUM is to help the PEB determine fit or unfit findings & combat related designation per condition. The VA rates the condition which will result in giving you the disability rating that will transfer over to DOD% if found unfitting. Does the NARSUM suggest that the knee condition does not meet medical standards? Then whatever they say do you agree with the finding? If not then fight it with a IMR and or a rebuttal. This is not a decision you should make alone but rather with an experience attorney.
