help with Fort Sam IPEB timelines

Can someone help me understand the IPEB timelines for Fort Sam? My PEBLO said that my IPEB should be complete 30-45 days after sending it off. It is funny how I'm seeing some MEB cases filed after mines with results already in and soldiers are in the transition phase. Does years of sercvice and the number of unfit conditions prolong the wait time? Please post you Fort Sam IPEB timelines if you don't mind.
 
My packet was sent to PEB at Fort Sam on the 4, they recieved it on the 7th, got the notification of unfit around the 16th, called VA this past week and said my ratings were done on the 28th of NOV. and I have not heard anything since.
