HELP...in MEB process and need double neck fusion.

Hello all,

Hoping someone can help me out with this. I have been in the MEB process since April 2011. I know I was found UNFIT Sept 15th and the VA completed everything and sent it back to AFPC on Dec 13th. My PEBLO says i will be getting everything back to sign this week or next. I just left the neuro surgens office being told that my c5-c6 fusion is falling apart and i need c6-c7 fused as well. So he wants to do a double fusion on me this month. My question is can I get this done like I really want to. My head feels like it is going to explode and both my arms are going numb. I have recieved mixed answers and my PEBLO isnt sure if I can get this done now. I would rather get it done on active duty and ASAP. Can anyone help me in this matter is there anything I can do or use to make this happen.

Just a little update,

So my PEBLO calls me back a few hours later and tells me I can get the double fusion next wednesday, but need to do the following things. First I have to have my PCM from base call AFPC and tell them i need to have this operation. Then I need to go to my PEBLOs office and sign a release form saying that this can not hold up me getting out whatever the date is I get out I have to be retired. I guess I'll find out tomorrow. If anyone has gone through something like this any info would be great.
