Has anyone experienced retaliation from their leadership while going thru a MEB?

Good Morning,

I'll be posting my timeline, etc., shortly, but just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has endured any sort of retaliation from their Squadron level leadership while going thru a MEB? I've been having several issues with my CC and SEL. Long story short, they've been divulging sensitive information about my diagnosis and treatment to those who do not have a need to know. My CC even went as far as sending my supervisor to the MH clinic to retrieve all of my medical records (which my care team swiftly let them know is illegal). Not really sure what to do at this point, or if there's even any point to bringing it to anyones attention at a higher level.

Cheers

Talk to your peblo/attorney so they document what is going on in case they try to do something like a demotion or NJP.

10000% my leadership even went as far as removing me from my workshop since my "MEB dictated i was unable to work in that environment" which was completely untrue. My
My SEL even told me that medical told him that i was malingering which was a wild accusation considering all I wanted to do was continue being in the air force. I'll toss out a few more examples
My SEL tried to stop me from going to my C&P appointments because they weren't military necessity My CC even denied my permissive leave because "MEB retirees don't deserve extra time off" even though i served my entire contract honorably without any paperwork (I know this is not a right but it would've helped)

My 1st shirt tried to play down my diagnosis on multiple occasions
My leadership forced me to take leave instead of actually getting quarters from medical when it was needed
I've got a ton more but now I'm getting out in a week with medical retirement

Yes i did, but it was along time ago they yanked all my qualifications, dowmgraded my eval, i let my PEBLO know what was going on and she walked me over to a Attorneys office, i waitied for awhile, but they wouldnt let me go back to my squadron, they issued orders for me to be xfered to TPU and that was the end of that, never heard another word from them, not even a phone call wondering where i at. The information the command fills out about your condition was honest and truthful and the rest of my time there was no hassel as long as i muster on time and went to my appointments and gave them documentation on my appointments.

Yep - I got PCS'd due to it...... They told me business to everyone who doesnt need to know, people were questioning me about the status of my "medical concerns".... I have enough dirt I could blow the IG over that place, but I am leaving with my dignity intact because karma sucks.

after reading everyone's terrible experiences I am so grateful to have supervision that is understanding.
