I have a fracture on my right hand of my little fifth pinky finger. The fracture happened two years ago on November 2021.
I am having a pain (tingling) during the cold weather. I did an X-Ray and shows that Prior base of the fifth digit proximal phalanx fracture with small associated erosion.
My question is when l claim my health issues to Va, is this fracture countable? Am I am gonna get any rate for this?
