I have a fracture on my right hand of little fifth finger. The fracture happened two years ago during the field training.
I am having a pain (tingling) during the cold weathers. I did an X-Ray and shows that Prior base of the fifth digit proximal phalanx fracture with small associated erosion.
My question is when l claim my health issues to Va, is this fracture countable or Am l gonna get any rate for this?
Any advice?
