I am reposting this link that Jason posted in another thread. It is a publication that was put out for the Army WTU's, but has a ton of very useful information to all Army soldiers. It deals with finance, leave, the MEB/PEB and a wide variety of other items. Pay close attention to the references in the back of the publication. Here it will give you the reference number to regulations, Army ALCRATS, OPORDS, MILPER messages, DODI's and Title 10 information.

Thanks again Jason.

I have a question and i have no idea how to post a thread, so....If i was promotable and I lost my status because of my Con-leave putting me overweight (no PT profile for 6 months) and got flagged for it. But i made points while i was flagged. Would i be able to get my P back since my status was lost because of my injury and flag being linked?

If you were eligible prior to being flagged you should be able to get your promotion. The hard part is, that your chain of command, which is a primary force in working that out may not be willing to do so because of this. I would speak with legal and a higher s-1 section for clarification.

Do you have internet? :) 800-321-1080 or 888-332-7411 They're closed at the moment.
