So today I got my NARSUM. I have been going through the board with two other people in my plt with the same time frame. They already got there, asked where mine was. Three weeks later, I got it today.
1 unfitting condition: Right hip pain post arthroscopy (VA labeling as right fai)
33 claimed conditions: GERD, scar pain post gall bladder removal, scar pain post breast surgery, scar pain post right hip surgery, scar status post operative infection, hypertrophy of breasts bilaterally, status post breast reduction surgery x2, pseudomonas infection post breast surgery, hypertension, cholecystectomy syndrome, post cholecystectomy diarrhea, left shoulder pain, bilateral acetabular arthrosis, bilateral sarcoilitis, bilateral sciatica, bilateral shin splints, left lcl tear, cervical strain, thoracic strain, lumbar strain, microscopic hematuria, headache syndrome, intercostal palsy left side- moderate degree of severity, femoral cutaneous nerve palsy, recurrent tinnitus, periodontal disease, aphthous ulcer, pulpitis, chronic adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood, borderline personality disorder, and finally peripheral neuropathy.
I put 26 claims total, they came back with some of those not founded, but added some they found making the total 33. Looking thru my exam reports I believe the doc looking at me did a pretty well job on finding these. Went to legal today to review and they strongly believe I will get 80-100 with the VA.
Just wanted to get some input in where you see my ratings might go.
