:D:D Well my battle finally has a light at the end of the tunnel. I got my results today from the IPEB. 40% TDRL. I am so relieved that I got somewhat the results I was looking for. I was anticipating 40% for my back but only got 30%. Rated 10% for my knee and 10% for major depressive disorder. My sleep apnea was conditions that can be unfitting but are not currently compensable or ratable. I went ahead and concurred with the results because after the long fight over the last 2 years I am looking forward to moving on.

Thank you so much Jason and everyone else on here for all your great help. I informed my PEBLO today of this great website and advised her to check it out. There is so much great info on here, I certainly would have been lost without it.

Congrats.....and continued best wishes

Ron,

Congratulations! I hope we see you around, now that you are a "PEB veteran" your experiences can help others, too.

Hope your transition goes well!

thanks guys. And i definately will be keeping in touch on this board and helping out others when I can. So many soldiers out there are unaware of just what is due to them and how to the process works.

Congrats

I am happy that you have your results as I am still waiting here. I have been going through the board since September of 08. I'm not sure if that is long or not but since I am stationed in Korea on a remote, and they won't let me go back to the states it seems like it has been years. I'm not sure what I will get, but I'm thinking the medical seperation and that's okay with me. I don't plan on fighting whatever they say. I'm tired of being here with doctors who can't do anything for me, they can't even give me a diagnosis. They mentioned that my symptoms are consistent with Fibromyalgia, but I guess since they aren't Rheumatologists they can't actually diagnose me. So i'm being boarded for Chronic Bilateral Hip Pain.
It's been a frustrating haul for me and I hope i'll get osme information soon. I'm trying to find out what the VASRD is for Fibromyalgia but am having no luck. Can anyone tell me that?

Thanks!!!

CONGRATS rockn!
if you haven't already start working w/and interviewing a veteran's service agancy to help you on an appeal, for an increase to your ratings. i'm not sure how it works w/them w/th TDRL, but it can't hurt to talk to them and they can help you out w/tons of other stuff. hopefully your VA experience goes as well as mine did. i really believe that once all the MEB stuff goes away, it alows the member to primarily focus on their health w/out all the distraction. good luck, don't be a stranger here and keep us updated on your progress.

Rockn...congrats! About how long did it take from when your IPEB was sent out? Once again congrats, hope all goes well.
