Got an email from a PEBLO

Hi guys, so I've been going back and forth with medical for years now, and today I received an email from a PEBLO to fill out a worksheet and schedule a phone call to go over the process. I was not aware of being sent to the AMRO or anything. I know it's for my Compartment Syndrome. What can I expect?

I've been sent to the AMRO twice already, and each time they just tell me I'm gonna be on an annual profile.

Might mean that since its popped up a 3rd time they are going to put you in full IDES. That or they are going to do evaluation again. Are you code 31 or 37? 37 means full IDES. Consider hiring a private dedicated attorney from the start or at the very least consult with some. If this time is the time you are put in full IDES, then the results will forever shape your financial future. So you want to ensure you get the best outcome. I will send you some references.

Also, in case anyone is wondering. I receive no compensation for sending out this information. I am strictly a volunteer. Too many Soldiers get screwed in this process and since the outcomes can vary widely depending on the Soldier's actions and counsel I believe its best to pay out of pocket to get someone dedicated to you throughout the process.

So there is a very good chance that you will be found unfit. 37 is full IDES. They probably won't keep doing the profile for a year anymore. Definitely research everything you can about IDES. I would call some of those attorneys and schedule a free consultation. They can give you some advice on where to start and if you hire one they can guide you through all the things you should be doing in the meantime to help you get the optimum outcome.
